Do I need to be a Louisiana resident to register and/or to play?

No, you do not need to be a resident of Louisiana. However you must be within the borders of the state of Louisiana to register and play our games. If you travel outside the state of Louisiana, you will not be able to play until you are once again within the borders of Louisiana.
